Myers didn't put a foot wrong, and looks a real find...but put him in against Leeds and they will send everything his way. Its tough for a seasoned player to face that kind of pressure, and I remember Lewis Murphy having a torrid time in his debut game. This is a high stakes high pressure game, not a game to experiment in. I'd go with Rourke on the wing, he's dependable under high kicks and would give Leeds something to worry about.
Didn’t Myers score a cracking try last week from a high kick? It wouldn’t be fair to drop him imo.
Myers isn’t a kid without any games under his belt. He’s played a few seasons in championship before this and this is his 4th season as a 22 year old he’s not like Murphy fresh out of academy.
I’m not bothered who Powell chooses of the two but they’ll need to be all over Hall on the wing and not let him run.
Your comment about experimenting though doesn’t make sense. Myers has a lot more games on wing and played well last week. Rourke is learning the position and that would be far more an experiment wouldn’t it?
Powell could put Pratt on wing too but I’m not a fan of that and he plays in his best position for me.
