Hope Russell proves me wrong and has a great game.

Ditto regarding Russell. I hope he starts to get it but I have never seen a player as slow at pushing across after the ball has gone past "his man" it is like there is a split second delay and he just can't quite read the opposition ball player. He appears to hold on the lead runner even the ball has gone and is in the hands of the opposition centre before he decides to slide. 
Hopefully that has just been a lack of confidence and has been rectified

Decent start and good try 

Excellent try with ball through hands. 

Then the lapse of concentration from kick off gifts St Helens a try.

Goal line defence still an issue and let's hope Sneyd is OK. 

Decent 33 minutes then 2 quick tries let in. 

Liam Moore is making a habit of inexplicably sending dubious calls up as try against us, knowing damn well the likelihood is no camera angle whatsoever will be able to verify it.

That was an amateur last 20 minutes. 
The fact that the scouse are within 2 points, is quire damming.

Gifted them two tries and good field position, zero killer instinct AGAIN! They're garbage and for the taking and instead we've handed them a lifeline on a silver platter. Seen the best and worst of us in that half. 


The sooner try/no try is done away with the better. What a farce that undermines any integrity the game still has.
