Not a chance. We’d be lucky to get close to a 100 and any money we do bring in will be needed to balance books for FFP rather than rebuilding.

We were a cut above last night. It looks to me like now the realisation of The Premier League is here, some players have put in that extra bit of effort to put themselves first in the queue for a place next season. Solomon is one of those. I don’t know whether he’s decided Leeds is the place he wants to be next season, but his work rate was phenomenal last night. Tanaka has turned his season back around, he was more like the Tanaka of a couple of months back. Can’t say we had a bad player tbh, that’s always a good indicator of a team performance. Although I enjoyed it, I felt a bit flat after the high’s of last Monday. I’m now wanting to fast forward to August and see what we can get out of the players retained, and see how high we set the bar in quality of new signings. Call me impatient, but when promotion was achieved I was high as a kite for a few days before I put it in a box and started thinking about next season. It would be great for the players to finish top and get their medals, but I wouldn’t  class it as a trophy we’ve won, it’s just promotion to the big league where we belong.

Gutted I didnt manage a ticket for last night. Excellent performance and some great celebrations after.

Totally agree Tad. best game Aaronson has had in a Leeds shirt that. Hes playing for his premier league future imo.. changed my mind on Ramazanni also LOL - i wouldn't send him on loan, he will be a real asset with his pace and trickery, lad can also finish, his two goals were beauties.. the touch to bring down the high through ball was sublime and struck it beautifully. 

Piroe was magnificent... the way he held the ball and played people into good positions was excellent, he really looked class, most definitely good enough to play a good part next year..  he just needs runners around him. Gnonto very good second half and the rustiness seems to have gone. 

Solomon was unplayable.. what a player he is when he is fit and firing... premier league class all day long. He is the first signing we should make and make it fast. 

The whole team was fabulous last night, was an absolute pleasure to watch them. Ampadu and Rodon should be our starting CB's next year. Look good enough to me to give us a chance to stay up. They are an excellent partnership and i think it Ampadu's best position. 


Pleased for Farke too... great great reception and fully deserved. Interesting Marathe cancelled the sky interview though.. but i do wonder if he thought he didn't want any distractions on the night, but it keeps the story rumbling on unfortunately.
