| 52-16 fulltime.
Just on our way back. The driving rain didn't help Wigan but it was probably a good thing or else the score could have been anything.
Men vs boys really with Wigan chocked full of young lads who've had tastes of superleague. We took a couple of knock to Murphy and Powell who both left the field but I did see Powell at the end walking fine so hopefully he's ok.

| Fielden was solid enough. No errors from memory and some decent carries in about 50 mins game time.
I thought the best Wigan prop was Greenwood from the bench. How olds that kid? He's an absolute monster of a bloke.
Other then that I thought Gelling was a real handful, Williams and Powell pulled the strings and the pack worked well as a unit.

Good stuff, will try and get to this. Is it likely to be at Shedingley? Think they usually use Stanningley for league game but don't know if it's convention to use the main ground for major games.

| Did Saints finish above us in the table?
Can't say I'm suprised Wire didn't pick Wigan when you looked at that side today. It's packed full of talent and 5th was obviously a false position.
I'm away next week so won't get to the Leeds game but will certainly go to the GF should we make it.

| Saints finished 4th, we finished 6th.
At least Wire have thought about the club call rather than just "picking the lowest placed side" like some on here suggest.
